Now is the time for clarity, what do you want to achieve? What specific change do you want to make? If you are not yet clear, this may be when you’d like to book a one on one coaching session. Once you have worked out what you want you can start retraining your brain. Get crystal clear on how you will feel, look or interact with yourself and others once you make this change.

Visualise the feelings that come with this change. Also be sure to visualise the Journey of how you are going to achieve your change as well as the destination… This can start with attending our group calls & taking small but sure steps along the way.

Use reminders during the day and act as if you have already succeeded, part of retraining your brain is getting used to the idea and creating new neural pathways.

Focus on your goal and use this & other meditations every day to remind you of what you want to achieve. Do this for at least 5 minutes per day. Visualisation is a very powerful exercise and great motivational tool for sticking with new behaviours.
