What to do with your answers:

Count how many times you selected each of the four types (a, b, c, d).

The one with the highest number is your current mode.

If two are close, that’s useful too; it means you’re at a transition point.
Mostly a’s – Fog – You’re shut down, disconnected, or barely keeping up
Mosstly b’s – Friction – You’re overthinking, overstimulated, or spiraling
Mostly c’s – Flex – You’re bouncing between effort and collapse
Mostly d’s – Flow – You’re functioning, but you want more alignment
