Hey, in case we haven’t met yet, work-life balance is a sensitive topic for me because I had to learn what it is, I had to learn that it is even a thing.

In case you didn’t know, back in 2016 I ended my 30-year corporate career because I didn’t know there was help.

At the time, I didn’t know there was an alternative and I had left it till things got so bad I chose to never go back.

I KNOW what I went through was not necessary.

It could have been avoided.

I know that now.

Then, I found out it is a thing for a lot of other people as well.

And, I also learnt it doesn’t need to be.

And now I get to help other career-driven professionals to avoid burnout and overwhelm.
